Why You Must Leave Your Carton Unsealed
Under civil aviation security directives and courier regulatory laws, LBC tellers are legally obligated to visually inspect all parcel contents before sealing. If you tape your carton shut at home, the teller will require you to open it at the counter, creating frustration and delays in the queue.
The 4-Step Branch Drop-Off Routine
Follow this simple routine to be in and out of the branch in minutes:
Fill Out Consignee Details
Write the recipient's complete address, barangay, and mobile number on a paper slip or use the digital branch touch kiosk.
Teller Content & Weight Inspection
The teller examines contents for prohibited goods, places the box on the digital scale, and records dimensional measurements.
Taping & Label Application
The teller applies official LBC reinforced adhesive packing tape over all box seams and adheres the printed 12-digit waybill barcode.
Payment & Receipt Collection
Pay the freight fee and keep the receipt containing your 12-digit tracking number in a safe location.
