Pack items securely, but leave the box flaps open. The teller must visually confirm there are no flammables, cash, or prohibited batteries.
Valid Government Photo ID
Philippine laws require couriers to verify sender identity (Passport, Driver's License, UMID, National ID, Postal ID).
Complete Recipient Information
Have the full legal name, complete address (House #, Street, Barangay, City, Province), and active 11-digit mobile number.
Payment Method
Branches accept cash, e-wallets (GCash, Maya), and bank cards.
Walkthrough of the Counter Intake Experience
When you arrive at the branch, get a queue number or proceed to the teller. The teller inspects your items, weighs the package, enters recipient details into the electronic terminal, prints the waybill sticker, tapes the box shut securely with official LBC packing tape, and hands you your 12-digit receipt slip.
