Accepted Primary and Secondary Government IDs
Branch tellers must verify customer identity to prevent fraudulent package theft. Bring at least one of these primary documents:

The Counter Claiming Procedure in 4 Steps
Follow this smooth counter workflow:
Queue at Customer Service Counter
Get a transaction ticket or queue in the parcel claiming lane.
Provide 12-Digit Number & Valid ID
The teller looks up the physical box inside the branch storage staging room.
Inspect Package Exterior Condition
Confirm the package is intact with original tape seals before paying or signing.
Sign the Waybill Release Slip
Complete the digital terminal signature or sign the carbon counter book.
