Why Packages Get Placed on "Held at Branch" Status
A parcel is held at the branch for one of three primary reasons:
Service Type Booked as Branch Pick-Up / COP
The sender intentionally selected branch collection. The package was never meant for doorstep delivery.
Exhausted Doorstep Delivery Attempts
Couriers attempted delivery at your address multiple times without success (e.g., gate locked, no recipient).
Address Incomplete or ODA Designation
The physical street address could not be located, or the location falls into an Out-of-Delivery Area.
How to Claim a Parcel Held at the Branch
To claim your consignment, visit the specific branch listed in your tracking details. Present your 12-digit tracking number and one primary government photo ID (Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, National ID, or Postal ID). Sign the branch counter ledger to complete release.
