If you are not home when LBC delivers, any adult resident of your household (family member, roommate, or building staff) can accept and sign for standard parcels, provided they present a valid ID. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, they must pay the exact amount due.
LBC couriers routinely hand over prepaid shipments to immediate family members, domestic staff, or condominium concierges unless the sender has specified strict "Consignee Only / Handover in Person" restrictions.

LBC delivers up to 2 times under standard procedures. If both attempts fail, the parcel transfers to your local LBC branch for counter pickup.
